Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
the contrast in both vocal parts really attracts me to this album. there's an even angrier sound to this than most other albums and i love that aspect Normie <3
Post hardcore stunniness with the raw edge of grind metal that sounds like Today Is The Day collaborated with Yautja and decided to show us the wrecking ball. Darknight
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024
Eistnaflug heavy music festival in Iceland, don't remember the year. I was fortunate enough to witness the brutality of this band live. It took two grown men to hold the drumset together because Ægir was literally destroying it. One of Iceland's finest drummers. The singer was dead sick and between devilish screams he was puking in a bucket. What a band. Some of the most devastating music you'll hear out of Iceland. Halldór Heiðar Kristínarson
